Use this window to specify the data to be regressed onto a thermodynamic equation to produce binary interaction parameters.
You may change the default Name for the set of data.
You may enter a Description of the data of up to 60 characters.
You may enter any information about the data for future reference such as its souce or limits on its range of applicability.
The columns available in the table are determined by the Data Type specified in the General Definition Window. These may be temperature, pressure and vapor and/or liquid mole fractions.
If pressure data are isobaric, check the Propagate box and enter a value in the first row of the table. It will be copied into all other rows. Otherwise, enter the required pressure values. Similarly, for isothermal data, check the Propagate box in the temperature column and enter the first row value.
Select the required component for the liquid or vapor mole fraction from the drop down list. The list contains the components defined in the Component Selection Main Window.
See Editing Tabular Data for more information on the entry and editing of tabular data.
How to get to this window
The PRO/II - Data Regression Equilibrium Data window is accessed by first selecting the Thermodynamic Equilibrium or Excess Mixing Properties option on the General Definition Window and then pressing the Experimental Data button on the Data Regression Main Window.
