Batch Distillation - Global Stop Criteria
Use this window to declare the conditions that terminate the batch still calculations. When any of the conditions defined in this window is met, the calculations of all active policy segments cease. Users may specify another policy segment that will start when a stop condition is met. If not, the simulation terminates.
To define a condition that will stop only a specific policy segment, use the Run Until Conditions in the Batch Distillation - Policy Segment window.
Usage
The Fraction of Initial Charge criterion is always present and has a default value. Check the Add Global Stop Criteria checkbox to activate the data entry table in order to enter further criteria.
Fraction of Initial Charge
When the volume in the stillpot falls to the specified fraction of the initial charge volume, the criterion is met. If a policy segment identifier has been supplied, the specified sequential policy segment is started when the criterion is met. If not, the calculation terminates.

Stop Criteria Definition
The criteria are entered into the table with a separate criterion on each row. The linked text is initially:
Additional stop criterion...
Clicking on the linked text opens the Batch Distillation - Additional Global Stop Criterion window where the condition should be defined. On return from this window, the table row contains text that describes the selected condition.
See Editing Tabular Data for more information about entring and editing tabular data.
How to get to this window
