Update Stream Data Links Command (Input Menu)

You may establish links between streams in the current simulation database and streams in other databases in the Define Stream Data Link Window in order to copy calculated stream data from the other databases. Use this command to copy the data into the current database for all linked streams. Note that the Data Link is not dynamic, and that you will not be informed if any of the stream data in the other simulation database(s) has been modified.

Note: Only calculated data will be copied. To transfer input data, open the source database and Copy the stream onto the clipboard. Then open the target database and Paste the clipboard data into the destination stream.

Note: If the components in the two simulation databases are identical, all stream data, including component flowrates, temperature and pressure, will be copied. If only some components are common to the source and target databases, the data for those common components will be copied on an absolute flowrate basis, along with the stream temperature and pressure.

Note: No component data will be copied to the target stream when the source stream contains assay pseudo-components.
