The Add Regular Tag button opens the window in an empty state. Tag data must be supplied directly through the window.The Tag Data window is opened by pressing the Add Regular Tag button or the Modify Tag button when a tag is highlighted on the Tag Modification Window.

Usage
Name
The name is required. It may be up to 16 characters.
Description
You may enter an optional tag description that describes the tag data.
Value
The tag value must be supplied.
