The unit property table is used to view the properties of a specific type of unit operation in a tabular form on the PFD. For example, if you selected a unit property table for distillation columns, you would specify which columns would be displayed in the table.
This window is used to define the contents and format of a unit property table displayed in the PFD Main Window. You can control the appearance of the unit property table, and select the units whose properties should be displayed from this window.
Property List to be Used
Select the property list that should be assigned to the current unit property table. The unit properties contained in the selected list will be displayed in the table. The property lists must be created first using the Property List command from the Options menu. PRO/II provides standard property lists for each unit type, but these may be modified as desired. See Unit Property Table - Property List for more details.
Table Appearance
By selecting various options, you can control the appearance of the unit property table in the PFD Main Window. The options include multiple rows per table, displaying the row grid lines, and also setting the widths for the border, line, and cell characters. See Unit Property Table Appearance for more details.
Unit Selection
The units that should be included in the unit property table are selected by moving them from the Available Units list to the Displayed Units list. A list to which the desired units belong is first displayed in the Available Units list by selecting the appropriate unit type choice. The order in which the units appear in the property table can be changed by moving the units that should appear first towards the top of the Displayed Units list. See Unit Property Table - Unit Selection for more details.
