Use the Toggle Stream feature to toggle between the stream label name and a stream property list.

The user can select a stream property list to be displayed by clicking the Options menu and selecting Drawing Defaults/ Stream Display... and selecting a property list from the Toggle Stream Property List. The "Property Label List" is the default. User configured property lists will also be included in the drop-down list of the toggle stream property list.
