Delete Command (Edit menu)

Use this command to delete selected (highlighted) objects from the flowsheet. Note that deleting unit operations or streams cannot be undone. Most objects on the PFD can be deleted. Here is the procedure.

Position the mouse cursor over an object on the PFD and left click to select the opbject.

Choose this command from the Edit menu. A dialog box appears with the message "Deletion cannot be undone. Delete selected item?" Answer "yes" to delete the item, or "no" to cancel the operation.
