CTRL+XCut Command (Edit menu)
Use this command on the Edit menu to cut selected (highlighted) streams and unit operations from the flowsheet. This command will grey out the selected equipment and not delete, unlike previous versions of PRO/II.
The Cut command can be used for multiple streams and unit operations selection also. The Cut/Paste operation can be done only to a different subflowsheet (block diagram) and hence a block diagram is needed for pasting the streams and unit operations after cut. Also, PRO/II supports Cut/Paste of single and multiple block diagrams.
Note: The state of a unit operation automatically changes to excluded if you cut and paste it in an excluded block diagram and changes to included if you cut and paste it in an included block diagram.
