You can select unit property list by clicking Options-> Drawing Defaults/Unit Display. Select the desired unit property list from the Tooltip Display List drop-down list box after selecting the Unit Operation from the operations list. The user configured property list is also included in the drop-down list of the tooltip/toggle display list.
