The Tacite method computes the surface tension by incorporating the parachor terms. PRO/II supports input data for the exponent, and also parachor data for components. When no data is supplied, PRO/II calculates them.
Usage
From the Thermodynamic System - Modification Window, push the Enter Data button by the property method for which property-specific data are to be accessed.
From the Thermodynamic Property Modification Window, push the Enter Data button corresponding to the desired Data Item "Parachor".
In the grid on the Surface Tension - Parachor Parameters window, each row represents one component. The Parachor field accepts a floating-point value for each component.
Press the OK button to exit the window.
