Spreadsheet Tools

Use this command to start a spreadsheet tool. The list of spreadsheet tools currently installed will appear in a fly-out menu. If no tools are currently installed, the text NONE will appear

Spreadsheet tools are Excel template files and macros that can read information in the PRO/II simulation database to generate reports or perform additional on-the-spot calculations. They can even update data in the simulation database itself.

You must have Microsoft Excel installed on your system to use this feature.

The PRO/II Graphical User Interface comes preinstalled with several default spreadsheet tools. These tools can be used to create a stream property table or generate a distillation report.

The PRO/II COM Server Programmer’s Guide/Tutorial contains the information you need to create additional spreadsheet tools and include them in this menu option.
