Starting with PRO/II 9.1, users can select REFPROP as a Thermodynamic property calculation system.
Usage
To use REFPROP, users can select "NIST23" in the Category list box under the Selection of Property Calculation System option and select the desired Primary Method in the Thermodynamics Data Window.
To select the desired Primary method, there are two options available, namely:
NIST23
GERG
For Vapor properties, you may select AGA8 from the Vapor Entropy drop-down menu in the Thermodynamic System - Modification Window .
Note that when one of the available Primary Method option is selected then all the property calculations are set to this method by default. Also, the transport properties will be calculated using the default thermo method.
NIST FLASH Integration
Starting with PRO/II 9.1, users can select NIST as a flash algorithm.
Usage
From the Input menu, select the Miscellaneous Data item. In the Miscellaneous Data Main Window, select NIST from the Flash Algorithm drop-down menu.
