Click Print Preview on the File Menu to display the flowsheet as it will look when printed.
The "Print Preview" window is created and displays the active flowsheet (or the selected page object in the active flowsheet). The sample page displayed in the Print Preview window has the page size, orientation, and margins defined in the "Page Setup" option for the flowsheet (or the selected page object).
(A page object can be drawn on the flowsheet using "Draw/Page" in order to define a custom page.)
The Print Preview window contains a toolbar at the top with several controls namely next, previous buttons, Page List Box, and Page Orientation List Box.
Displays the current flowsheet name and also the names of all page objects defined on the flowsheet. On selecting a particular entry, the desired flowsheet or page object is displayed in preview window.
If the selected entry in the "Page List Box" is a page object and that page has been configured as a grid of pages, then the four grid navigation buttons become available.
Note: these buttons will be disabled when you are previewing the entire flowsheet.
Click the "Page Setup" button in the toolbar to define a page object as a grid of pages. Then, click on the "Grid" radio button in the "Page Setup" data entry window and enter the desired number of rows and columns. On clicking OK and returning to the Print Preview window, the display is updated accordingly.
This list box allows user to select a zoom percentage. User can select one of the explicit numbers listed, zoom to "page width" or "page height", or fit the entire page into the Print Preview window.
Opens the "page setup" dialog for the flowsheet or selected page object in the flowsheet. Use the "Page Setup" option to define page size, orientation, and margins. For a page object, User can also define a grid of pages to be superimposed over the flowsheet. On clicking OK and returning to the Print Preview window, the display is updated accordingly.
Opens the "Print" dialog to allow user to choose the printer and send the image to the printer.
Close the Print Preview window.

Matching width and height ratio selected printer paper Page layout in print preview window is created.
Print preview window has Horizontal and vertical Scroll bar functionality. Horizontal and Vertical Scroll Bars have Line Up, Line Down, Page Up, Page Down Functionality.
On resizing preview window, portion of preview in client area is displayed without changing page layout. Scrollbar’s scrolling positions also gets adjusted.
