Font

Use this command to change the font used in the PFD Window and Data Entry Windows. This option is only useful if the default font for your system is too large or small for the Data Entry Windows (DEW’s).

Note: You cannot change the fonts for the title, menu, and Status bar texts. Also, selecting a new font size will not change the size of the various windows.

Usage

From the Font Window, select the desired font type from the Font list box. Select a style and size from the Font Style and Size list boxes.

The Sample box displays the selected font and its format.

Note:  A gross mismatch between the font size and the window resolution will cause problems when the PFD attempts to render the flowsheet. Extremely large or small fonts always should be avoided. In particular, using fonts too large to allow text to fit in the text fields make viewing extremely difficult. Therefore, change of font size by user is always ignored by PRO/II and font size of 8 is fixed.
