Bookmarks

Use this command to bookmark the objects in the flow sheet. The user can insert a bookmark for a selected object and specify a name for the bookmark. After adding the bookmarks the user can open the bookmarks window and navigate to the object by selecting the bookmark. The bookmark command contains a sub-menu from which you can select the following options: Add bookmarks, Navigate bookmarks and Show bookmarks.

Add Bookmarks

Selecting this option displays the Add Bookmark dialog box. Enter the bookmark name for the selected equipment and click OK. (The keyboard shortcut is: Ctrl + F2)

Note: The bookmark name must be unique.

          Renaming and relocating the objects do not make the bookmark invalid.

Navigate Bookmarks

Selecting this option navigates the book marked equipments in the container. (The keyboard shortcut is: F2)

Show Bookmarks

Selecting this option displays the bookmarks dialog box.

• To sort the bookmarks in the flow sheet, choose the Sort check box.

• To go to a specific bookmark, select the name of the bookmark that you wish to go to and click GoTo.

• To delete a bookmark, select the name of the bookmark you want to delete and click Delete. The bookmarks are automatically deleted when a object is deleted from the flow sheet.
