Overlapping Segments

Segments may occur sequentially or overlap in time. When segments overlap, the following rules apply:

There cannot be more than one heat and/or cool action taking place simultaneously. If that condition is recognized the second heat and/or cool action over-rides the first.

There cannot be more than one React until condition taking place simultaneously. If that condition is recognized the second is ignored in preference to the first reaction specification.
