Actions for Selected Property Calculation Systems

In the Thermodynamics - Main Data Entry Window the following actions may be performed for the selected (highlighted) thermodynamic system in the Defined system list box by pushing the appropriate buttons.

Rename

A new name may be supplied for the system. Note that this name must be unique and at most 12 characters long.

Delete

The selected system may be deleted from the simulation. You are then free to choose an alternate thermodynamic method for the current simulation.

Duplicate

A duplicate copy of the selected system is created.

Modify

The system may be modified. Modifications may be as follows:

$image\EDIT03.gif$ Property specific data may be provided

$image\EDIT03.gif$ Transport methods may be selected

$image\EDIT03.gif$ Water handling options may be selected

$image\EDIT03.gif$ Special properties may be defined

$image\EDIT03.gif$ Selected data may be modified

$image\EDIT03.gif$ For CAPE-OPEN thermo, the custom GUI opens if the Property Package supports edit(). The thermo method, properties, components etc. may be modified.

The Vendor Information, Components, Thermo Properties, and Phases used by CAPE-OPEN Thermo Property Package are displayed.
